Thriving Madly Board are working with external cultural leadership consultants to explore co-governance. This means that our board chair position is a joint role between Tangata Whenua and Tangata Tiriti.

As areas of interest arise contributors create discussion groups that often start with a group chat on our community Facebook group. Past topics range from Emergency Housing, Disability funding changes, Lived experience workers - where to now. The group then decides together next steps.
